Registration will take place in room S-3.
Boys & Girls track, Monday, February 12, 2:30-3:30 pm
Baseball & Boys swimming, Tuesday, February 13, 2:30-3:30 pm
Girls tennis, Soccer & Golf, Wednesday, February 14, 2:30-3:30 pm
Registration packets are available for pick up in the Athletic Office.
If this is your first sport for the 2006-07 school year, you will need to complete the “long” blue registration form and an emergency card. Your physician will need to sign your registration card clearing you for practice.
If you participated in only a Fall sport you will still need to stop by and pick up a “long” blue registration form as the Athletic Code of Conduct changed during the Fall season and the Revised Code must be signed by all athletes and their parents before conditioning and tryouts can begin.
If you competed in a Winter sport and your physical is current, please complete the “short form” as the Athletic Office has your physical on file.
Do not delay your registration process or it will hinder your participation in conditioning and tryouts for the spring season!
There is a $100 fee for participation in each sport. A $200 individual maximum and a $300 family maximum is given for each school year. DO NOT BRING PAYMENT TO REGISTRATION! You will be billed for the athletic fee.
If you have any questions, please contact the Athletic Office at 303-347-6021.
Student Council Blood Drive
Student Council will work with The Children’s Hospital as we sponsor the GIVING PINTS FOR HALF-PINTS BLOOD DRIVE on Thursday, February 15th. Students 16 years and older can sign up to donate during lunch hours February 8-13th. Sixteen and Seventeen year olds will need parent permission.
Career Day
A Career Day will be held at Arapahoe High School the morning of Tuesday, April 10th, and attendance is required. Students will be attending three (3) different career presentations of their choice.
A list of careers is available for review. The careers are listed in alphabetical order and some are abbreviated. Look over all listings before making your selections.
Following the Instructions for Career Day Requests, students will pick their top four (4) career choices that they want to learn more about, and then a second set of six alternatives. The computer will try to schedule from the top four choices. If a student doesn’t get three of those scheduled, then Ms. Messer will try to schedule them into one of your six alternate requests. If students do not mark at least ten (10) careers, they run the risk of being scheduled into a session in which they are not interested.
Students may enter their career choices February 6 - February 12, 2007. They cannot do this from the regular LPS Campus Portal, but only from the special Career Day Portal.
