Link Crew Tailgate Party
Link Crew will be hosting a tailgate party on Friday, October 6th, prior to the Arapahoe vs. Mountain Vista football game. The fun starts at 4 pm in the West parking lot at Arapahoe. Come in black and gold and we will provide transportation to the football game (but not home). Bring $3 to get into the game and $2 if you want to buy dinner.
E-Mailing Attachments to Yourself
Some students have experienced difficulties when working on an attachment that they’ve emailed to themselves at school. When you download an attachment from your email, you want to save it to your server folder first, then open it from your server folder. If you choose to open it from your email, the document gets saved as a temporary file in your web browser, and then gets deleted when you exit your web browser. Please always choose to save it first, then exit out of your email and open it from your server folder.
DECA Dodgeball
Wednesday, October 25th, 6:00pm- 9:00pm, AHS Auxiliary gym
Sign up starting Monday, October 9th in the DECA store
$1 for an individual
$10 for a team (10 people per team)
$3 for spectators
And, yes, we anticipate having at least one teacher team . . .
Department Spotlight – Performing Arts
The Choir and Orchestra will perform their Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Concert Tour Preview Concert on November 7th at 7 pm in the theatre.
The Fall Play is "1984" and will be performed November 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Tickets are $5.00 and show times are at 7:00 pm.
Arapahoe Thespians will attend the Colorado State Thespian Conference on November 30th and December 1st and 2nd.
The Arapahoe High School Warrior Marching Band is currently ranked 2nd in the state out of all 5A bands! They will be performing at NAAC Stadium(Jeffco), at 4:15 pm, in Prelims. They will also perform again in the evening finals show (time to be announced after prelims). The Warrior Marching Band will also perform at the Metro Qualifying Marching Band Festival on Tuesday, October 10th at 7:45 pm. This will be conveniently located at LPS Stadium (at Littleton High School). On Saturday, October 14th the Warrior Band will perform at the Friendship Cup Marching Band Competition, at Englewood High School Stadium. Our prelims performance time is 5:00 pm. We will also perform in the evening Finals show (time to be announced).
